This is definitely a moment to remember for me! It’s actually DONE. Soundproof Part One is complete and I am so excited to listen to all the songs in one go for the first time. I remember when Resurrected was done and I felt this incredible relief and joy. This feels like that all over again.

I’m so excited to share this album with all of you. I feel like I have come a long way with my production & songwriting skills. Also, the mixing course I took over 3 months this summer has really allowed me to polish the songs and achieve what I had envisioned for the longest time. I am so so so proud of this album, and this is only PART ONE.

The album’s lyrical theme revolves around self-empowerment & acceptance, challenging social barriers, valuing dreams no matter how ridiculous they may seem to others, and celebrating life & love. Musically, the album is generally pop/dance/electro-driven. The songs on Soundproof are definitely a lot more cohesive in terms of sound than Resurrected as the latter was basically a compilation of songs that I wrote during three turbulent years of my life without having a specific direction. It was also my first jump out the gate as a producer, so I was still figuring out how to produce! Nonetheless, I am very proud of Resurrected and I am even prouder of Soundproof. I hope you’re all going to enjoy it and spread the word! I have worked so hard on this album and I will do my best to promote & pitch it to as many music blogs as possible. I can not wait to hear what you all think of it! It’s only a week away…
